Domestic Shipping
Good news! Our shipping comes with a side of “free of cost.” Here’s the lowdown:
You can expect your order to land in your hands within 3-6 business days after it takes off for delivery.
After your payment gets the green light, we’ll take about 2 days to process and ship your order. Just a heads-up, this doesn’t include weekends and holidays.
O Boxes, we’re sorry, we don’t swing that way.
If you’re chilling in a remote corner of Pakistan, delivery might take a bit longer.
Customized domestic orders:
For customized orders, you can expect to receive your order within 8–10 days
Cash On Delivery (COD):
For COD orders, we like a good chat. Telephonic verification is our way for that.
During Peak times like sales, season launches, or promos, we might just slide into processing without the phone chat for verified customers.
Order Tracking:
Keep an eye on your inbox shortly after you hit that order button. Your order number and tracking info will be sliding into your emails.
Pop that tracking number into our Order Tracking section to know your order’s whereabouts.
International Shipping:
All international orders sail through with Leopards Courier and usually drop in your hands in 8-10 business days.
Similar drill as domestic – after payment, give us 2 days to process and launch your package. Weekends and holidays get the day off.
Customized International orders:
For customized orders, you can expect to receive your order within 25-30 working days
Order Tracking (International):
Just like the domestic orders, you’ll also get an email with the order and tracking numbers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders:
When it comes to international orders, here’s the lowdown on customs, duties, and taxes:
International orders might have an obligation to pay taxes and duties.
We ship your package with “Duty and Taxes” unpaid. We won’t be sliding those in during checkout.
If there’s any awaiting payment at the door, it will be collected at the time of delivery,
Any customs, import, or collection fees are on your tab.
We must indicate the value of your order on your package(s) per customs authorities’ requirements.
Several variables, such as location, material, item value, etc., affect taxes and fees. We have no control over these fees, and since customs laws differ greatly between nations, we are unable to predict what they might be.
Should your order necessitate any extra fees, the buyer is responsible for covering them for the shipment to pass customs.
To ensure a seamless shipment clearance and delivery process, consignees in Saudi Arabia are required to maintain a current commercial registration with Saudi Customs.
If a consignee is found to violate their lawful commercial registration, the shipment will be returned to origin without notification

We’ve done everything we can to ensure that the colors of our products are displayed on the website as accurately as possible. We are unable to ensure that the color of the product as it is delivered will exactly match the color of your screen, as the actual colors you see will rely on your screen resolution.
